The ProductIP platform provides a list of these requirements for your article, which must be taken into account in each case at the specified market entry date. The evidence of conformity must be collected in a technical file and kept for legally prescribed periods and made available on request of the market surveillance authorities.
You need at least 2 credits (1 credit costs 40 EUR) to create a technical file on the Compliance Platform. You will have the request list immediately after creating the technical file. This takes about 5 minutes. If you cannot find your product category or are unsure, first select the product category “Provisional” and then upload your product description with details of the intended purpose in the “Documents” tab. We will then finalise the list of requirements for you, usually within 3-5 days, to suit your product.
The AMZV discount is granted when you order a FAST service (14 extra credits), in which we support you in collecting and evaluating the required documentation. You can order this directly via the “Buy services” button in your technical file. You can then expect us to:
- invite the supplier to upload the required documentation and explain the required product requirements, what needs to be done and why;
- motivate the supplier to start uploading the available compliance documentation;
- provide the supplier with the required templates for a risk assessment via the Verifeyer function;
- verify the authenticity of the provided documentation (Type A) (Our experience shows that at the beginning 20-25% of the documents submitted may be faked!);
- add metadata to documents in a file so that they can be monitored for validity and you are informed in time;
- check the available documents against the requirements and inform you of progress and completeness.
