Resubmit existing reports

Resubmit existing reports to save time. If you resubmit a report it will update the report data while the reporting rules such as filters and columns remain unchanged.

Before you begin 

Create and manage your first Technical files to have enough data for reporting.

You need to create and run a report once before resubmitting it.

Steps


  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Open the Reports history tab.
  3. In this overview you find all your reports. If you already ran a report once, you can select Re-run report (arrows icon). Alternatively, resort to the guide on how to create your first report under Related articles below. 
  4. After you resubmit a report, it is queued. It will automatically move to the status running. Depending on the amount of data it may take some time to extract your data. As soon as your report shows the status done, you can choose to
    • download it (make sure to allow the download in your browser settings).
    • share it with other users in your account.
    • re-run it again.
    • delete it.


 

Tips and best practices

Besides the Reports and the Report history you can find another tab called Shared with you. All reports that have been shared with you are available from this tab.

  • Any issues with the report’s contents?

  • Can’t see the report of your colleagues?
    Make sure they shared their report with you.
  • I can’t find my downloaded report.
    Check the default download path in your browser settings.

    Yes, go to the Dashboards section to see your data visualised with custom graphs.
