Change the platform language

Users can change the language of the ProductIP platform. By changing the language, the user can navigate smoothly on the ProductIP platform and is not hindered by a language barrier. This feature allows users who are not familiar or confident enough to work in another language to use the platform in their preferred language.


Feature access

All ProductIP users who have logged in can change the platform language. 

This feature is available for all plans.

 

Before you begin

  • Make sure you have a registered ProductIP account.
  • Keep your login credentials (email and password) ready.

Steps

  1. Go to Account by hovering your mouse on the user icon (A black and white circle with a person in it

  2. Select your desired language by clicking the corresponding national flag. Your page reloads automatically.

 

Tips and best practices 

To select another language, repeat the steps above.

 

Troubleshooting

  • Language icons are not displayed?
     
    Refresh the page or clear your browser cache.
  • Page not refreshing after changing your language?
     Refresh the page. You might need to change the language again.

    Not at the moment. We have carefully selected the languages most commonly used on our platform.
